What is R Planet's mission?
We are building a paradigm-shifting product, community and platform where actions in web3 create purposeful environmental and social progress in the physical world. NFTs and Blockchain tech have started a digital revolution, but we believe tokens can be used for more. Our token will connect utility and financial opportunity with purpose, goals and physical world impact - right from the start.
What is the utility of R Planet?
The team behind R Planet is dedicated to enhancing your experience and creating value for the community. We are combining membership, merchandise & rewards and real world utility. We’ll be leaking our plans for the future in the coming weeks. It's important to us to under-promise and over-deliver. But trust us… This is only the beginning.
What are the minting proceeds being used for?
We are deeply focused on investing in our roadmap, community and mission. Of our initial minting proceeds, 20% will go to purpose projects and initiatives. Up to 5% will be donated to philanthropic organizations in partnership with our community. Remaining funding will be used to enhance our community experience, benefits and ultimately creating additional value for our community.
What purpose projects are we supporting?
We are committed to our community, the longevity of web 3 and IRL initiatives. The world is intersectional, and so are we. We will be initially focusing 20% of our minting proceeds to support R Purpose Projects in the following themes:
Mental wellness - Providing access, resources and support to licensed therapy, tools and counseling services.
Sustainability - Offsetting the carbon used to mint initial collection, and supporting projects that advance sustainability in web3 and in the physical world.
Inclusivity and equitable wealth creation - Art, creators, projects, investments that are led by underrepresented and undercapitalized minorities.
This is only the beginning… more purpose projects will be added with the help and direction of our community.
